From 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., attendees can drive through the makeshift line at STL Foodworks and choose between a meal with meat or a vegan one. Tickets are $40 and can be purchased on the organization’s website. The meals will be delivered to attendees’ cars, where they are welcome to eat on-site or take them to go.

Chef Altayan came to St. Louis in August 2016 and quickly established her cuisine through her catering company, Damascus Food LLC. She is known for her exceptional baklava, which will be available to purchase separately or as an add-on to the meal at the drive-thru lunch. In addition, Altayan and Damascus Foods make excellent hummus, baba ghanoush, Yalanji, shawarma, Fattoush salad and much more.
