Bolani
Afghan Bolani is a popular street food and a crowd pleaser. Flatbread made of unleavened dough that is stuffed and pan fried, but its real beauty comes from the vegetable stuffing inside. Typically, the dough is stuffed in a variety of ways including mashed potato, or green and red lentils, leeks or chives, or pumpkin.
Gosh e fil
(a fried sweet pastry with dough made from flour, milk, eggs, and sugar. These crunchy pastries are also sprinkled with powdered cardamom, icing sugar, and crushed pistachios.
