On Sunday, August 17th, 11 am to 1 pm, you will learn with our Chefs “AREZO ARYAN” and “RAHMATI KAYINAT” from AFGHANISTAN how to make delicious and nutritious meals from scratch.
In this class, our Chefs will show you how to prepare:
MANTU (AFGHAN DUMPLINGS) Similar to a wonton dumpling and filled with lentils, tomatoes, onion, coriander, and cumin. Drizzled with yogurt and tomato sauce.
FIRNI PUDDING: Afghan pudding made of whole milk, Sugar, Corn starch, Dry milk, Almond, Saffron, and vermicelli.
At the end of the 2 hours class, students will gather together to eat the meals they have prepared with the chefs.
