We invite you to join our COOKING CLASSES to learn how to prepare the most famous meals from different cuisines.

These classes will be organized IN PERSON on SATURDAYS and will be presented by our professional chefs. Each class will be two hours from 12pm-2pm or 2pm-4pm. and will take place at STL Foodworks. 408 N Sarah St, St. Louis, MO 63108.

The minimum number of participants required for all cooking classes is 10.

The ingredients list will be sent to you as soon as you sign up for the class. All the ingredients will be provided by the chef.

On Saturday, December 3rd, from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm, you will learn with our Afghan Chef  “AREZO ARYAN” how to make delicious and nutritious meals from scratch.

In this class, Chef Arezo will show you how to prepare Afghan Mantu.

At the end of the 2 hours class, students will gather together to eat the meals they have watched their teacher cook.

Afghan Mantu: is a popular Afghan meal. Similar to a wonton dumpling, filled with lentils, tomatoes, onion, coriander, and cumin. Drizzled with yogurt and tomato sauce.
