On Sunday, March 17th, 11 am – 1 pm, you will learn with our Chefs “ROSY NZEBA” from Republic Democratic of Congo and “TINNIN COULIBALY” from Ivory Coast how to make delicious and nutritious meals from scratch.
In this class, our Chefs will show you how to prepare:
ATTEIKE CHICKEN: is a FERMENTED CASSAVA couscous with mixed vegetables, and baked & boiled chicken.
GRILLED PLANTAINS: a side dish with ripe plantains.
At the end of the 2 hours class, students will gather together to eat the meals they have prepared with the chefs.
