On Saturday, January 28th, from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, you will learn with our Moroccan Chef “Zohra Zaimi” how to make delicious and nutritious meals from scratch.
In this class, Chef Zohra will show you how to prepare Chicken Tajine with olives and preserved lemons with a demonstration how to prepare the preserved lemon to make your own tajine at home.
At the end of the 2 hours class, students will gather together to eat the meals they have watched their teacher cook.
