On Saturday, March 16th, 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm , you will learn with our Syrian Chef “HASNAA ASSAYED” how to make delicious and nutritious meals from scratch.
In this class, Chef Hasnaa will show you how to prepare:
OUZI RICE with vegetables, ground beef, aromatic spices, basmati rice, pine nuts, peas, carrots, onion, and ghee.
HUMMUS is a dip made of chickpeas, garlic, lemon, tahini, and olive oil. Served with pita bread.
At the end of the 2 hours class, students will gather together to eat the meals they have prepared with the chef.
