On Saturday, March 16th, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm , you will learn with our Syrian Chef “MAWDA ALTAYAN” how to make delicious and nutritious meals from scratch.
In this class, Chef Mawda will show you how to prepare:
Ouzi rice with vegetables, ground beef, aromatic spices, basmati rice, pine nuts, peas, carrots, onion, and ghee.
Hummus is a dip made of chickpeas, garlic, lemon, tahini, and olive oil. Served with pita bread.
At the end of the 2 hours class, students will gather together to eat the meals they have prepared with the chef.
All ingredients will be provided by the chef.
