On Saturday, November 4th, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm , you will learn with our Syrian Chef “MAWDA ALTAYAN” how to make delicious and nutritious meals from scratch.
In this class, Chef Mawda will show you how to prepare:
HUMMUS: a dip made of chickpeas, garlic, lemon, tahini, and olive oil. Served with pita bread.
BAKLAVA: a rich, sweet dessert pastry made of layers of filo filled with chopped pistachios or walnuts and held together with honey and sugar syrup.
At the end of the 2 hours class, students will gather together to eat the meals they have prepared with the chef.
